		Tim Ralston joined Collins Project Management in July 2007. As a LEED-certified 30+ year veteran of the design and project management professions, he was introduced to Collins Project Management via a recommendation from one of his previous clients. Tim has a proven track record as a highly effective project manager built on his experience, communication skills, and attention to detail. As a Senior Project Manager, Tim has total responsibility for planning and managing all project activities in a manner that meets the client’s goals and objectives. He leads, guides, and motivates the project team and interacts regularly with all key team members to insure accountability and adherence to project goals.
