In 2007, Piedmont Hospital engaged Collins Project Management to manage a 16-phase renovation of its existing Surgical Services department.  The project posed several unique challenges: the surgical suite is located internally on the 3rd floor of the hospital requiring construction access through the roof of the existing hospital, and the project had to be completed with no reduction in surgical capacity.  Our team is also managing the renovation and modernization of Central Sterile Services and a multi-phased renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department .
