ATLANTA SPIRIT/PHILIPS ARENA Taco Mac Restaurant Atlanta, Georgia Taco Mac and Philips Arena joined forces to construct a free-standing restaurant on the west side of Philips Arena.  The 7,500 sf, two-level restaurant will seat approximately 200 customers. The construction site is located directly above the Atlanta Hawks practice facility, requiring careful planning and coordination with Arena operations.
