SUNSET HILLS COUNTRY CLUB New Clubhouse and Pool Pavillion Carrollton, Georgia The project consisted of the demolition and total replacement of the existing clubhouse.  The new facility included a full-service production kitchen, ballroom, casual dining area, locker facilities, daycare facilities, and a full-service Pro Shop. A new Pool House and Cart Barn were first constructed to provide limited services to members during the construction of the new clubhouse.  Design and construction of the entire clubhouse complex were accomplished on an aggressive 20-month schedule.
