A large cardiovascular practice wished to develop a new "signature" headquarters building and relocate from its current leased office space.
The 40,000 sq. ft. building incorporates a number of unique technologies that increase efficiency and improve the patient's experience. Physicians and staff have reported significant improvements in patient flow and patient satisfaction since occupying the new facility. This facility also included the first 64-slice CT in the area.
Despite a very rainy period, the aggressive construction schedule was maintained, which allowed the practice to avoid significant rent costs at their current location.
