The Frazer Center is a specialized educational facility for children and adults with disabilities integrated with typically developing students. It is nested adjacent to a protected natural forest along the Ponce de Leon parkway in Atlanta.

The scope of this project included the complete removal and installation of a new, energy efficient HVAC system as well as interior renovations and code upgrades.

Collins Project Management was engaged to help develop the project scope and manage the budget and project schedule, selection of the design team and the construction contractor. CPM also handled contracts for identification and removal of hazardous material.
