The Glenridge Medical Office Building project involved conversion of an existing five-story commercial office building to medical office use. The interior renovations included build-out of a 34,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center on the third and fourth floors.
Additionally the project scope included base building infrastructure improvements, elevator modernization, and upgrades to the building atrium. Site improvements included additional parking, landscaping, and entrance canopies.
