St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital is a new critical access hospital built to serve Greene County and the Lake Oconee region.  The project includes:

After the Architect was selected, the project went from concept to completion in just 20 months.  The budget was maintained with only 0.2% cost growth.

In preparation of the site Highway 44 was widened.  The hospital was built on 24 acres of land and designed to expand as the need for services increases.  Expansion can be vertical with a third story or horizontal on the site.
