The School of Nursing is planned to be a state-of-the-art academic facility including highly adaptable simulation suites and skills labs, large tiered classrooms, and several 40-person classrooms and seminar rooms.

The 64,000 sf facility will have both a formal outdoor courtyard leading to the main entrance and an informal terrace on the other side of the building near the student commons.

The three-story building will house classrooms and major student activities on the ground level. The second level contains skills labs and simulation suites. The top level is for the Dean’s suite and faculty offices.

Total Project Cost: $20 million
